“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I'm not talking about what has worked more for you, as in training/dieting. I'm talking about a workout that has been a killer for you. Made you puke, want to cry, made you sore during/after/nextday. What did that training session consist of? Gym weights only.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

One time when I was lifting with my buddies on a leg day we did the following and I never want to do it again,my legs collapsed several times the following days and they were sore a hour after I left the gym. There was 3 of us so we would work as a team for every work out;

-Hack squats,1 person lifting,1 person on each side ready to pull a plate as needed. They loaded up 4 plates on each side,I would do that as many times as I could then say 'plate' and they removed one plate from each side then I continued until I couldn't do 3 plates and then I said 'plate' and would do as many as I could with 2 plates on each side. Try that for 4 sets.

-Leg presses, same thing,1 person on each side,we loaded up 6 plates on each side and worked out way down to 3 plates. Again for 4 sets.

-Dumbbell deadlifts, this was easy,it kind of like an intermission. Again 4 sets.

-Modified Dumbbells Squats, really hard to explain so I will skip this, but put it this way, until this day my legs still give after every set of these. 5 sets.

-Leg Curls, don't laugh these things are hell after a HARD a55 work out. 3 sets.

I remember it perfectly cause my lifting buddies were laughing cause my leg gave out when I went to go upstairs for a drink of water and I was in sooo sore for the next week. Normally we wouldn't go balls to the walls like that but my buddy is prepping for his contest and he feels his legs are behind so he's pushing it.

Pretty much all cardio before I quit smoking. My lungs would burn and my head would spin after just 5 minutes high intensity.

Second to that would be a night loading job I did. 4 hours per night lifting and throwing around 30-60lbs cement sacks and 100lbs+ flat packed furniture, and carrying them up and down ladders. I even did it with the flu and one night I did it with a migraine. I used to get cut up and banged pretty bad too. That job gave me some of the most intense all round workouts I've done and really made a man out of me!

As far as gym exercises go, I'd say squats are the hardest by far.

Puked after Tabata sprints one time. Squats after a few weeks off are always a killer.

I don't remember what I lifted that day, but I remember one day I went to bed at like 3am and got up at 6 with only 3 hours of sleep, ate no breakfast...then lifted weights. Yeah I puked my guts out that morning.

Speed reps are pretty hard

14 doubles Front Squat or Power Cleans at 80% intensity in 14 mins.

And of couse max attempts squat/deadlift involving heavy grinding.

rugby training no question. On top of lifting on a regular basis, especially legs, I had to do hitting drills. I guess I don't have a strong shoulder since I hurt it during hitting drills once. The whole experience got me in shape, but was the hardest workout, when coupled with a good gym routine. It defiantly goes to show it takes alot of self discipline to get in that good of shape by ones self.

Well one day i woke up and i was thinking about going to the gym. so i popped one of my vitamin pills before i was gonna go but i did it on an empty stomach and just hacked it up. and another time i went to my maximum cardiovascular output on a training bike, which was something like 200bpm ending at 15 minutes. that one ended bad.
