what do you eat, and why?

ive been eating a lot of this recently because a) i like it and b) it has little fat in it, but im wondering if i could eat healthily if i ate this all the time. im interested in losing just a littele bit of weight to bring out my muscles.

anyway people, post what you eat and why you eat it and what its good for...

What have you been eating?

Anyways eating the same thing everyday whether healthy or not doesn't provide you with diversity in the diet. In that case you might not get certain vitamins and minerals that the food you eat on a consistent base lacks.
