What do you consider tall?

I really wish i was taller i have outgrown both parents, but still envy those with height advantage. It may seem ridiculous im posting this becuase i am 510-5'11. Id say im upper tall. when im beside my friends who are 6'2, 6'4 i feel like a midget. When i got out with them, i feel that girls will always look to me second. Am i being naive?? is 5'11 actually a height i should be happy with? Im also worried because i want to a respected businessman someday, or manager. I read a book that taller people have 5 advantages over everyone else(respect, admiration, power, fear, protection) i can elaborate on those 5 if you want. I know people 5'7 would give an arm and a leg to be 5'11. Im sorry this is sort of a rant, i just want to grow but im already 19 and have facial hair so GG

Anyman who lives in the Unites States of America and who stands flat footed at atleast 5 feet 10 inches tall should count their blessings.

being short is much, much MUCH worse than being ugly or fat. I never see hot girls w/short guys....I occasionally see them w/fat or ugly guys.
This isn't just my experience, there are a million studies you can Google...women always prefer a taller man regardless of other characterisitcs. As I've gotten older, it's gotten worse. When in you high school, some girls still think short guys are cute. As you get into college/work, women want a man, even if he's ugly...a short guy is seen as a boy.

Most 5'4 guys will never get married, let alone be players. I'm 5'8, and while I'll probably get married, I'll have to compromise and marry an ugly chick even though I'm handsome unless I can get my MBA at Wharton and become a super rich banker.

That said, at 5'8, I could get limb lengthening surgery and at least be in exceptable range of 5'10-5'11

You serious? The 5'4" man WILL HAVE TONS OF PROBLEMS, but not at 5'8". You are only one inch below average. While I do see tall men with hot chicks, I have also seen men your height and SHORTER with attractive women. A friend of mine is pushing 5'6" and is engaged to a girl in the 7-8 range. My old manager at a bar I used to work at was 5'5" with thinning hair and I saw him with two hot girlfriends within a year (however, he probably had money)

Take it from me (a tall man at 6 foot) HEIGHT IS OVERRATED. If what you think is true, I should have women after me constantly. Well, I don't and I DON"T have an ugly face either.

You are not 5'4", but 5'8"..big difference.

BTW, I would rather be 5'8" and handsome than 6'3" and ugly!!

^true...I've hooked up w/girls who are 8's but they didn't want to be in a relationship...why? cuz girls HATE short guys...it's embarrassing to be seen w/a short guy.

Are you sure that is the reason why they did not want a relationship.

Statistically speaking, you are not even short at 5'8". Usually, anything 5'7" and under is short. 5'11" and over is tall.
