Never tease a woman about her physical appearance, her age, or her kids (if she has them). These are off limits. I don't care how hot a woman is, she has insecurity about her body... teasing her about this puts up her guard. You can tease her about what she might be wearing, her behavior, her friends... Jesus there is a lot more you can tease her with without hitting these three off-limits topics.
Never offer to help a chick with ANYTHING unless she asks you for help, and only if she is willing to do something for you in exchange or she is your girlfriend.
Offering to help her with her business, especially since her business idea (jump ropes?) is stupid. Now if you were offering to do this for her and expect to get paid, that's fine. Women see this as a HUGE red flag when men do this sort of thing... what goes through her mind is "What is he expecting in return?" Now she is worried about what you are expecting.
