"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.

Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.

Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.

The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.

At my college orientation i met a ton of girls, some from the same state as me and worked great game on them (thanks to a year on this site). Afterwards, i went back to my hometown to enjoy summer vacation, and hung out with atleast one of those girls a week (i rotate 3), but the question remains.. "why does everyone get so excited over f*ck buddies"... I would much rather have a relationship even though im going to college, and all my friends try to talk me out of this and man up. This is where you guys come in again.. I need someone who had the same situation as me to tell me
A) how to lose this frame of mind so i can enjoy college better (everyone knows girls wont stay faithful in college so dont even bother)

and

B) How to stay emotionally unattached (i feel myself always wondering if they are gettin with other guys, feeling hot over other guys, etc) I know they are doing this, but i just wanna train myself to not care.

p.s i dont think theres any problem in my outer game.. i can talk to any girl, get a good amount of numbers/dates, and keep girls around, but i just wish i would stop wanting to have a relationship and start not caring about what girls think or feel

thanks and i know i sound like a total *****.. this is just somethin i wish i could solve before college

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

If you're still stressing over that sort of thing, then unfortunately I don't think you've been heartbroken enough. Sad, but true.

I mean, we could sit here and warn you about getting emotionally attached, but it won't ever get through as well as actually experiencing it. I know I had just about everyone I know railing against me when I would be focused on relationships and jealousy, but it took an incredibly horrific breakup to finally snap me out of that mindset and see that my own life is better with a good emotional distance between me and girls I haven't known for a good, long while.

Do not wish for relationships; they will come, all too easily. And the less you want them, the more they seem to spring up, so worry not about ever finding one, because someday you will. Staying single is much harder, I've found; just about every girl will at some point want you all to herself, so the real struggle is maintaining your sense of self while you refine your taste in women, especially as you enter college.

And as far as those other guys moving in on girls, they aren't you. You're the king major prize, don't think too much about them. You may try to do what you feel is the rational, logical thing by being "realistic" and comparing yourself to them, but trust me, it's all subjective. There will be plenty of girls who find you absolutely perfect, who will worship you, who will beg and tease and annoy you just to spend time with you. Don't worry about those other guys, they're not even worth thinking about.

Do whatever makes YOU feel happy. If YOU want a relationship, go for it! :)

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I agree with the above guy. I just did a make-out close with a girl two days ago and it really wasn't even that great. I think I would definitely prefer an awesome GF over ONS with chicks who I just happen to find hot. But yeah don't settle for the first girl, take your time to experience different girls. Not just physicaly experience them, experience their character too (that's why it's good to enjoy lots of different female company). And it's BS that girls automaticaly won't stay faithful in college, there are reliable and unreliable chicks everywhere and if you find one with a good self estime and you're what she's after she'll be so happy she won't need anyone else. Simple.
