We all judge the alphaness of men based on the women they are with

So how do you guys explain male actors like Jason Momoa and Hugh jackman - extremely good looking, tall, jacked, rich, famous men who have much older gross looking wives?

Hugh Jackman especially looks about 30 years younger than his wife. Was her personality really that strong to make him pick her over the 100 million young hotties dying to be with him?

Jason Momoa married Lisa bonet - a single mom who is 11 years older. Momoa is a legit 10/10 for a male

Alpha has nothing to do with the woman you're with. It's an internal state of life mastery both physically and mentally. Extracting your value from the woman you're dating is the most beta mindset you can have. You literally get your worth from her.

As for the mega stars, for every hot woman there's a guy that's tired of having sex with her. It's not even that looks fade, but men crave sexual variety. It's hard wired into us to want lots of different women. When it comes to having an LTR, you're going to be spending most of your time sharing space, talking and doing things together. That should be your focus. Obviously she should be attractive but I'd take an average looking woman who can make me laugh, have a good conversation, enjoys my hobbies and is easy to spend time doing nothing with over a hot woman who's high maintenance and/or lacks passion.

From a female perspective: you’re not LTR ready. It’s because of your high expectations of unsustainable characteristics that you are looking for in a wife and the vulnerable position you are putting yourself in.

Everything seems to be conditional on her looking like an Instagram fitness model FOREVER. What woman wants to live with the pressures of having to be physically flawless forever in order for you to stay with them?

What guy would want to live with that pressure from her?

Yes looks are important, yes, we should all strive to look our best, no I’m not suggesting you date ugly women. But all you focus on is looks looks looks but nothing of character, kindness, etc.

And guess what? You’re not going to look good forever either.

You are looking for the female version of youself so imagine you dating a women who expects you to look a certain way for the rest of your life and her affection and investment on you is based on that condition. What are the chances of a women like that leaving you for another guy with a more defined chest, better hairline, bigger calf muscles? The chances are high.

You’re setting yourself up to get dumped by very shallow women and it’s going to crush you because you see you girlfriend/ wife as a reflection of you.

I know this is the wrong thread, but I’ll mention it anyway. These women you find ideal and rate as 7 to 7.5 probably consider themselves 8, 8.5 or 9. And when that happens, it doesn’t matter who is the more accurate appraiser (you or her). She will simply demand a male say 8.5, regardless.
