"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Little story here looking for feedback, as I'm completely lost right now, and not quite sure how to handle the situation.

Talked to the ex-gf Monday after something happened to her, so I phoned her the next day to see how she was doing, she was fine, and we talked on the phone for a good half hour before I asked what she was doing tonight, she replied nothing. Keep in mind we've went through a whole load over the past three months (I apparently "net cheated" on her + she'd had a rough few months in her life).

Anyways, we meet up in her area and walk around for awhile, she still has a little pentup animosity towards me, but is still receptive and chipper, also talking about whats going on in her life now etc.

So we sit down by a pond in the grass, and the next thing I know we're talking about us. She says "she doesn't think she can learn to trust me again, but her feelings just haven't went away, and she still thinks about us a lot, and that her head is saying two things, one being to just get up and go, the other side saying 'Kiss him'. I reply I'm feeling the same as her. The next thing that happens, she goes and kisses me and we're making out for awhile, she straddles me but I refuse to go down, telling her if this doesn't feel right to her, then stop, and I'll go . She doesn't, but I still stick to my guns a bit and don't completely give in to her lips and hips. At one point, I told her I loved her still (dumb), and she grabbed me and kisses me even more passionately.

Anyways, long story short, we sit in the grass for another hour laughing, joking, in one case she's crying and holding me tight. Then we get up hand in hand to drop her off at her house, and she asks, "Now what?" I reply "I want to see you again, but if you really think this won't work, tell me now and I'll go." I then asked if I could see her Friday, she said "lets not make plans yet". She says she needs a couple days to think about everything and she kisses me a few more times goodnight before she heads in this was last Tuesday night, I've seen her on msn but she has been kind of cold when she has attempted to make conversation, saying she's still thinking about everything. I want more then anything to get back together with her, and have pretty bad "one-itis" with this girland the ball's completely in her court right now. This happened a few months ago, and we almost got back together, but it was definetly too early. I repeated to her I didn't want that to happen again, so if she thought it would, I would just leave, yet she didn't give me a concrete answer and kissed me again. I want her back badly, but there's no way I'm going to get played again and let it happen.

Keep in mind, she's a girl that loves the hard to get games, that's how I got her in the first place, I played it off like I didn't notice or care. She's like a ****ing faucet.

What's a DonJuan do?

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

dude i'm going through the EXACT same thing right now. The best advice I can give is to just wait. Don't contact her, wait for her to contact you. In the meantime, go out and meet other girls. When you start meeting other girls, you'll realize how much you had with her, and maybe your feelings will come out truer.
