If by times, you meant rounds with rest periods in between, which is probably what it also means, then of course, anyone young enough can achieve 10 rounds in a day, whether that round lasted 10 minutes or an hour. The longer the round, the heavier the doubts though. Meanwhile, orgasming is an adjacent, but entirely different territory.
