"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

What would be the quickest method of dropping 25 lbs?
Can it be done in 4-6 weeks? I really don't care about loosing muscle I am just sick of looking down at the scale and it showing 200+ pounds

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Wow, not caring about losing muscle and your overall health. It is EASY to lose weight. It is HARDER to efficiently burn fat. I don't see why you would risk your health just to see a different number on the scale. You'll just end up having those flabby triceps that flap and and forth.

To answer your question, eat A LOT LESS. You'll lose a ton of weight. Probably be too tired to run, but with a huge calorie defieit, who needs to run anyways?

The risks are pretty big. You'll get sluggish, feel sick, and be unhealthy. But it's your life.

If you wanna lose FAT, then you've got a lot of work to go through. Weight training, cardio, diet.

Which one is worth it? Up to you.

6 weeks for 25lbs is around 4 lbs a week right?

My mom did this when she dieted, and even when she was trying just to maintain weight she accidently lost another 4 lbs. All she did was weigh pretty much everything she ate, kept track of calories and such, and made sure not to go over it, as well as working out and walking everyday. For a 40 year old woman, I have much more respect for her then for just being my mother to keep to a regime just like that. She is healthy as ever too :)

It will probably take a little over a few weeks to get into the swing of things, but if you are that motivated and want it that bad, you can do it.

Get a workout routine, adhere to it, and find out what your basic caloric intake is and go from there. It takes some experiementing to get it right.

if your just tired of looking at the scale that say "200" everytime i have a 100% guaranteed method that will shed 25lb in matter if seconds! no its not some new diet pill... all you have to do is set the dial 25lb before the 0 and poof your 25lbs lighter...

get serious man i dont really ever harshly criticize people but come on man that one of the dumbest things ive heard in this fourm today. do you know what kind of health risk and not to mention how much worse youll actually look if you lost 25 in 4-6 which which is really impossible to do anyways. you need to get your brain checked if you stressing you body because a scale doesnt agree with you on numbers... man some people on this fourm...

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

Follow the cutting guide and add CLA. That's the best advice I can give.

I would say EXTREME CARDIO. 1 hour 85% heart rate cardio for an elevated state. every day BEFORE breakfast. Then after evening meal HIT routine with skipping rope: 20 seconds of moderate skipping, 10 seconds full pace, 20 seconds moderate again. Total combining 3 sets of (20/10/20/10/20/10/20/10/20/10)

BIG calorie deficit diet. 10 or 11 X your weight in LBS.
spread out between 6 small meals in a day. Portions: Meat size of a playing card, carbs size of a clenched fist.

NO, absaloutelly NO cheat days, or saturated fats and sugars.

LOTS of fibrous carbs. (Must outweigh starchy carbs, veggies with each meal and varied aswell: legumes, mixed salads)

limit STARCHY carbs big time. (None after 8pm, no floury, processed, white, baked goods)

PLENTY of water, 10 cups a day.

Fat loss SUPPLEMENT. Hydroxycut, Green tea, Kelp.

PROTEIN requirements would be 0.8 grams per LB in weight to maintain muscle mass while dieting. very LEAN sources (TUNA TUNA TUNA)

ZERO condiments (no additives, flavourings, e.t.c keep it clean clean clean)

FAT intake below 30 grams (linseed, flax oil)
60% protein, 30% carbs 10% fat)

FULL BODY lifting routine 2 X per week. heavy weights, high intensity.

AVOID sedentary behaviour, walk instead of using the car if its a short journey, or bike.

CRAVINGS will be eliminated over time, but i would suggest having a diet coke, or something similar with 5< amount of calories.

"I would say EXTREME CARDIO"

I would say "He's out of shape! screw EXTREME CARDIO"

Crying out loud man

Change your diet. Eat only healthy food and complex carbs. Check out the cutting thread for advice and diet etc - and begin to walk everywhere and start jogging.

People say you can only safely lose 2lbs of fat max, but If you have an abundance of fat and you start eating right, it really is possible to lose more than that. The people that say that are usually pro BB'ers, or just huge guys that have unnatural amounts of muscle on them. The average person really doesnt lose that much muscle, compared to fat [if they're at a high bf%]

Focus on losing a healthier 10 lb's. You'll look a load better for it and be healthier for it.

Control your calories, eat very cleanly, avoid alcohol, do 3-4 cardio sessions per week (couple of them morning ones) and 2-3 weight training sessions.

Drink a TON of water.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

"Yeah don't sit around.

A hour walk burns roughly 300 calories.

Walk 3 hours and burn 900 calories.

I just realised what a good way this is to cut on your total daily calorie avarage, so I started walking 2 hours daily.

If you do this consistent you should, theoratically, loose an extra 600*7 = 4200 calories a week."

Yep - I walk for an hour and 45 mins ATLEAST every single day.

Now college has started up, I have an early morning walk for 50 odd minutes just to get there from where I get off the bus. Add 35 kilos to the old schoolbag, and I dont have to do cardio anymore :D

You can replace the walk to college with a walk to work, a walk to the shopping mall etc. Wherever you walk, you could even add a bit of weight to get more of a work out.

The only thing I cant do in day-to-day life is weights - which is a good thing cause most people dont have the time to fit cardio into their day =]
