do you guys consume them either for daily routine or cutting or bulking? do you suggest it?

i might be corrected here but vitamin tablets are not for either cutting or bulking but just to give your body vitamins and minerals it needs to keep healthy, i take them myself daily and basically all they do, as brian 2002 says, is make you feel energised and full of life (i do anyway 
)
