I was thinking about hiring a filipino VA to do the pipelining instead of me in Asia. I'd micromanage the hot girls and he'd take care of the 5s and the women over 30 who need more chatting but if they feel investment they can come straight to your condo.
I noticed that most filipino VAs market themselves as either in the $3-$5 range or as $10 per hour. After checking the $3-$5 range, most of them seem like the bottom of the barrel IQ-wise by judging their pictures, whereas for $10 you can find some who look decent.
Anyone has experimented with them?
