I wonder how y'all feel about Trump winning again. Will it make a significant difference? I never understand how this two party system including companies being allowed to sponsor candidates works to benefit the people..but I'm not American so..

Funny how this Trump situation reminds me of dating someone who you wouldn't consider an option, but few years later that same person is your best option by FAR..

In The US, The President matters much less on the domestic front* than we often imagine. 98% of the nation's fate is decided in local political fights which receive very little press


*Foreign and international policy are a whole different story. The torrential wet sh-t we took on The Near East during The 2000s, the effects of which will reverberate for centuries, is testament to this
