"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Ok guys, before i start i just wanna say that if ur gonna tell me to move on and forget about her, please dont reply to this post.

The story goes as follows, I have had a gf now for 5 months, everything was wonderful, we both fell deeply in love with each other, and then i ****ed things up, i cheated on her with her best friend, and i confessed to it, but i was so scared of losing her i didnt exactly tell her the whole truth. Eventually i confessed everything (the truth) and ever since then things just kept getting worse. I thought they were getting better cuz she told me she was over it and she was happy, but all of a sudden at the beginning of this month she broke up with me and told me she was unhappy. It has been almost a month since we have broke up and she claims she is happier than ever. She claims she is having so much fun and she prefers being single. My problem is, im still in love with her, and altho there are many fish in the sea, She is my nemo! (yes i know thats cheesy but its true!). I cant get over her, or next her partly cuz i dont want to. She claims that i have changed, and yes i must admit i have changed! but i dont like this person i have become and i wanna change.

She doesnt wanna give me any more chances, but how can i prove to her that im a different person now and that there is always room for improvement? How can i get her to see the good side of me, and not the one she has seen ever since i cheated on her. I know i have hurt her so deeply but there must be something i can do to make up for it.

I dont wanna just move on just like that cuz i have had the most wonderful time of my life with her, and she makes me so unbelievably happy!! Please dont reply if ur gonna tell me that its over and that i must move on, rather give me tips and advice on how i can win her back!

P.S: i have also been quite possesive, obsessive and controlling in this relationship, how can i change that? How can i just chill and let her do wat she wants without having to worry about things going wrong! Please help me get her back! i need this girl more than i have ever needed any1!

“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

If you aren't prepared to accept any sensible advice then why even bother posting? "ok, I need advice but don't tell me what I dont want to hear"??wtf?

"partly cuz i dont want to". completely because you don't want to. Everyone here knows how painful it can be but there's no easy way out of this situation; moving on and getting her out of your life is probably the fastest way to sort yourself out and clear your mind.

or (and I expect this is what you'll do)

talk to her about your feelings and hope that by some immense miracle she forgives you and is still attracted to you at the same time.

p.s you cheated on her with her best friend?:cuss: that's not very smart -- especially as you've only been going out for 5 months. maybe you dont love her as much as you think and its simply a matter of wanting what you cant now have.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Well...

I don't know that much about women so you might not want to take my advice.

But I think that she won't ever be with you again. Women view things as:

"Once a cheater always a cheater."

I don't think things will ever be the same again. The most sensible advice that any person can give you is to move on. You've hurt this girl in more than one way. Not only did you cheat on her, you cheated on her best friend. She has lost a lover and a best friend. She won't ever want to get you back. Women never forget things like these. If you have some intelligence and some dignity, you would be able to ascertain that the situation will never be in your favor. Your best solution is to search for other women because it isn't practical or logical to assume that this woman will go for you. There is no tactic that will resolve this problem because a woman will not forgive a man who has cheated on her and made her lose her best friend in the same time.

i was so scared of losing her
NEVER get into something you cant walk away from at any time. the second you do, you are moving into oneitis territory. be able to walk away. be unpredictable, keep her guessing. you are scared of losing A SINGLE GIRL??! HA!! iv you were on the verge of losing 100 MLTR, THEN you should be scared and saddened!!! a real man wouldn't fear a girl!

I thought they were getting better cuz she told me she was over it and she was happy
you are listening to WHAT she is saying. big mistake. chicks dont operate like guys, the key to the message is in HOW she is saying it. read the bible!!

My problem is, im still in love with her
you know what love is at 17? bollocks. you know what puppy soppy "oi wuv you more than aaaaanyfing in da whole wiiiide werld" love is. you dont know mature love. deal with it. she said shes moved on, BE A MAN!!! move on too!!! quit being a whingey little pain and living in the past!!

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Tell her EXACTLY what you are telling us.

"i need this girl more than i have ever needed any1!"

Anyway, you're a piece of sh*t for cheating on her in the first place so you deserve it. How would you feel if you were cheated on?
