Absolutely. I would add that he needs to develop a sense to read IOIs as soon as possible. If he’s not a top tier guy, the IOIs will often be weak or fuzzy or hard to distinguish from friendliness.

Then the guy ends up waiting too long to “stack evidence” and be sure before he shoots his shot. And then he can miss the opportunity and end up in friendzone.

Imo women are FAR better at this particular part of the game. Women ofcourse get approach, approved, talked at ect so their volume is way higher.

It’s not easy for the inexperienced guy to grasp just how advanced an experienced woman is. In terms of experience/intuition/understanding of social dynamics/dating/sex, she’s doing Calculus III while the ‘cel guy is trying to figure out pre-Algebra.

Another thing ,like @zekko mentioned, he seems to have his shyte together already. If onky he knew that having your shute together triumphs sleeping with ( a lot) of women. In this day and age it's way harder to position yourself in such a way that you got a steady job. The word is FULL of women who know how to make themselves look pretty even if they're worthless.

You are spot on with that, or female sympathy either. Looking for sympathy is about as big an attraction killer as can be.
He sounds like me in that I'm more of an LTR guy. But that can make finding women tricky. It sounds like the main problem with the guy is that he needs to be more proactive (or go out and get what he wants, as you say). Some guys will tell you don't approach women and to make them come to you, but I don't think that works for most guys. The best approach to getting women is with the idea to just have fun, so when you really want a LTR, that can kind of mess things up.

Personally Im not fond on cold approaches anymore, but yet it will always be a skill I possess. And the problem with this guy might be he can even pick up on choosing signals, but lacks the ability to actually close the gap.

Nowadays LTRs start casual. For example, he absolutely can NOT mention to women that he struggles to get women. Every new woman should be a new him, slightly better than the previous versions. Even seasoned players will acknowledge that it's difficult to find a good woman.

I mean, women are the most beautiful creatures ever created by Jah, so I get the frustration. I fall in love at least ten times per day.

#1 what can i do to make her love me? this question is the root of many problems.
#2 why do women not like me? this question is just a different version of the #1
#3 how can i be more attractive? usually this is a hidden version of #2

better questions:

what do i want to do ?
how can i get more visibility ?
who is my leader(s) ?
who am i leading ?
who is helping me ?
who am i helping ?

i imagine there are better lists...
