“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I've been working out for a month now and following the exercise regimen from Bill Phillip's Body for Life book. I am already witnesssing improvement in most of my muscle groups with the exception of my triceps. What are some good exercises for the tricep muscles? I tried to do the skull crusher but I'm hella weak and I get tired really quick when I do it. Any suggestions on how to improve my technique with skullcrusher exercises??

Skullcrusher is an exercise that requires the utmost proper form. Start out just using an empty curl bar, and have a friend watch your form. SLOWLY bring the bar down to your face, making sure to keep your arms from the elbow to the shoulder as stationary as possible. You should only be moving from the elbow to hand! If you're getting tired quick, it means that it's workin' you well. Keep at it with the proper form...

there's always tricep pushdowns and extensions (I'm sure your book has picture demos inside)

peace

I find keeping my arms immobile a little bit difficult by myself maybe I should just use the other triceps exercises until I'm strong enough to do the skull crusher

If you go to a gym use one of the machines with the pulleys and do tricep pushdowns. They should have a short 90 degree handle that is meant for this exercise. Keep your elbows at your side and keep them steady. Pivot your forearm so that it goes down to your body and then back up almost 90 degrees. Once you get stronger you can do dips too.

Close-grip bench or tricep press. Basically, bench with your hands about 12 inches apart. Or you can use a curl bar and use the inside grips. Keep your elbows in. Also, you can use the curl bar (with the same inside grip) and do pullovers - lay on a bench and bring the weight down towards to floor behind your head and then up and over your head to your chest. Keep your arms about 90 degrees, and don't let your elbows stick out like a chicken - keep them pretty straight forward..

Don't forget dips - especially if your gym has a dip-assist machine. This machine could help you build up your strength for skullcrushers.
