"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I was thinking today. There are 2 types of girls:
- Girls that have girl friends, and male friends.
- Girls that have almost none girl friend and some or usually a lot of guy friends.

Why does this happen?
I looked around at the examples i know, and why dont these girls that poped up in my mind with no girl friends, DONT have girl friends??
Because the other girls DONT TRUST them. Why? In the main cases because they will mess around with the wrong guys, and are not to be trusted from things they know about their past.

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

I personally would stay away from girls with mostly guy friends. Isn't the word used to describe these girls "tomboys"?

The one problem with them is that since they hang around with mostly guys, they usually imitate their traits and act manly themselves. The other thing is do you really want a gf with only guy friends? next thing you know you will have to meet and socialize with all her stupid guy friends. It ain't much better than socializing with her stupid, gossipy female friends, but I rather meet more females through my gf than the other option.

Many girls who have almost exclusively guy friends are low self-esteem. They feel they have nothing to offer to girls, but by virtue of being attractive they can surround themselves with guys. It's a good warning flag for LSE chicks.

Well... even if she does have lots of guy friends, and almost no girl friends, you have to realize something. The reason she has most of these guy friends is because, at some point or another, they had an interest in her, and due to her extremely vast amount of experience, she either got 'em to give up the chase and settle for being just friends, or they did it to themselves.

So long as you treat them like you treat any other woman, eventually, they will come around. I know one girl like this, and she used to walk all over me. We lost contact for about a year, and in that time, I discovered this site, and pretty much completed the recovery process. She came into contact with me one day, and I pretty much ignored her at first, but she was enthusiastic about catching up from the past, so I eventually warmed up to her. After a while, she started being a lot more respectful towards me, especially since she tried to con me into doing something for her again, and I politely, but firmly let her know I wasn't going to do it.

I think the reason why most guys flag these girls as being "damaged goods" is because they are intimidated by their experience. However, if she makes it a big deal for you to meet her "guy" friends, then usually that's a good warning to back off. She's trying to write you off as another addition to the list.

Girls with only guy friends or mostly guy friends are usually RED FLAG GIRLS!! I've discussed this topic with many females who only have guy friends and they say stupid shiat like, "Girls are drama or, I just get along with guys better etc."

That's the reason she's giving herself and you to justify why she can't get along with girls. It definitely has to do with insecurities, self-esteem, but more often than not can be rooted at a bad childhood, no father figure etc. At the worst case these girls have severe psychological problems and their broken self will eventually seep through their mask. If your in it to hit it, then seduce her as you may, but be warned they are not like any other breed of female.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
