You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.
Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.
She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.
Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

as above.Skilla_Staz said:... This whole "the girls love muscles" thing isn't sh*t for motivation. Theres got to be something deeper in you. I'm getting my ass up at 5:30am 4 days a week for my entire summer, just so I can bulk up and make my senior year of football, the best I've ever had. I'm tired of being good, strong, but small. I'm tired of always being tired. I want to go out and knock the f*ck out of kids. So I lift. I lift to get bigger. I lift to get stronger. I lift to get faster. I lift to FEEL better. The asthetic quality of my muscle gains will just be an added bonus, not my goal.
All of those reasons are for me. I don't give a damn about anybody else. I don't care what they want, I am doing what I want to do, and nothing more.
Wow, I don't feel this is a shallow reason at all. What is shallow about taking pride in your own achievements?this_dude_55 said:6. Feeling Good About Yourself.
We all know that you don't look much different after one week of working out. Isn't it weird though that you suddenly find yourself flexing in the mirror a lot more often?
You walk around just feeling better looking even if you haven't changed at all yet. This self confidence can extend itself to other parts of your life and make you an overall more successful person.
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
