"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

Told some guys that I take women out on errands with me as a first date. Disbelief

So there I was, talking to a bunch of dudes that clearly were chumpy. One of these guys were "cooler" than me by their boyish standards (they drove nice cars, wore cool clothes, etc.) and I was kind of dorky, in their eyes. Naturally, I've been around long enough to know their obsession with all that stuff indicated chump tendencies. I wasn't wrong.

I explained to them that taking girls out on dinner on the first date doesn't work. I told them that I'd usually take them out on errands, longboarding, exploring, (free dates) and they couldn't grasp the concept of not buying women things. It was hilarious, one guy told me that that would put me in "the friend zone".

When they challenged me on the dinner thing, they also couldn't grasp the idea of me inviting them over to my house to help me make dinner after running errands, especially when I dropped obvious hints to the guys that one main reason was that the bedroom is close by as opposed to a restaurant.

Guys are fu*king retarded. No wonder why women get frustrated with most dudes.

And for some reason these guys were not interested in a cheaper and MORE EFFECTIVE way of sleeping with women!

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

a lot of women like this though, they like using men and having them spend tons of money on them, so a lot of guys figure it has to be this way

Two birds with one stone:

-it's cheap
-depending on what she eats, you know what you're dealing with.

Errands? Thats new, but I can see how that may work. Plus you kill 2 birds with one stone. And the girl gets to know more about what you do in a day.

Ive been talking to a chick friend right now about 2 guys shes seeing, and shes not much interested in either of them. And them spending money or being really nice wont change that.

A lot of guys dont seem to know the fact that if a girl is into you, you dont NEED to spend a dime on her. You can if you wish, but not doing so wont hurt you.

It's something I picked up as a teen from David Deangelo a few years ago :D It's been a solid tip, and they get to see what kind of sophisticated lifestyle I have compared to other guys. When I lived in a blue collar town this REALLY made me stand out from the other guys.

People are innately interested in how other people live their lives.

I don't think those guys realized that the reason why taking a girl out on errands is successful is BECAUSE it's a casual thing; you're not trying to impress her, and she's wondering why. Then she starts obsessing over it. I like to cut it short on a high and tell her that I have to go make dinner, and make her think that she has to go, then invite her to stay.
