"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

I confess, I think I'm an introvert and I'm pretty awkward around people. Sometimes, I'm too analytical and self-conscious and large groups of people make me uncomfortable.

If there is a girl that is part of a group or when I'm at a party I would not be able to pick up a girl even if my life depended on it.

That does not mean I'm particularly bad with women (I have slept over 40 women and I'm 27) but these usually happens when I am able to talk to a women on a one-on-one basis or maybe like 3 people at max. For example, I'm working part-time the girl and I are the only people working, etc. or when I meet a girl at a school club and we were the only only Asian people there or meet a girl online.

Like for example, me and this girl went on a date and it went great, I think I'm a good conversationalist when I'm with someone. But, when the restaurant manager (female) came over to talk to us about the philosophy behind their restaurant, I was quiet again.

But, I want to be able to good at speaking to women no matter what circumstance. If this was true with me, I'm pretty sure my number would have doubled by now.

How do I get over my introvertedness. Is it possible? Should I just accept my macking skill and just rely on an one-on-one situations?

Anybody here that got over introvertedness, that is willing to share some tips would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Introverts do best one on one or in small groups. Just play to your strengths.

I rarely if ever have approached groups greater than three. It's not worth it anyway because there are too many distractions and too many people that can pull her away.

I think if you have slept with 40 women at your age then you don't have much problem getting attraction. I think it demonstrates that personality doesn't make much difference in sexual attraction, mostly just physical appearance does. You would probably have low increase in results trying to be more outgoing. It might even be counterproductive trying to force yourself outside of your comfort zone.

But really all you can do is try to be more outgoing with larger groups and peopple you just met, and see if it brings much results. I don't think there's much in the way of tips other than to try to treat it the same way you interact with someone one-on-one.
