Those who quit Instagram and other social media

I'm off and on with social media. However, I think recent experiences forced me to take a hard look at what I gained from having an IG — absolutely nothing. As another poster here said, if you're using it for marketing/business then it can be super beneficial.

Just like several posters on here, I found myself wasting time mindlessly scrolling through feeds, posting stories to see which chicks were secretly stalking me - rarely any of them amounted to anything either.

Posting pictures of your life and cool stories is like letting a woman have her cake and eat it too. So here she is, spying on my life but not contributing anything else. I got tired of it after several runarounds in my DM's and took it down for good.

SS has done wonders for me and my self-esteem. Why was I seeking validation from these dumbasses? I prefer to do my own thing now.

True man! I just deleted mine yesterday... And for me it became useless too.

For OLD its also frustrating, so I would rather spend my time doing something better, as women approach naturally if you are attractive to them.

They say it helps improving focus too. Thats something I wanna work on. I saw that I've lost that since I came back on instagram on 2020.

Would like to hear from you, how your life improved after that? Did you feel any difference?

Never used it because it is stupid and a complete timewaster.


Benefits? Never get distracted in my work, I have my privacy intact (more or less) and chicks cannot stalk me and get intel of me on the internet so I remain mysterious to them.
I do not get the constant shi't stream of mindless entertainment and negative news either.
I could not care the less..

I could go on and on about this.
