"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

Reading all these posts will only make things harder for you. Everyone chants be like someone else, but you can't do that it doesn't work that way. Try acting just like some role model of yours, you will come off like a fake. You can aspire to be like someone in certain ways, you just can't be that person. You can improve yourself as much as you want, but still some of your qualities will naturally out shine others. No one can be perfect so stop trying to be that, just be good at what you do.

You need to face certain facts. First you have no clue what you are doing and you fear women. You fear them, the rejection from them and you fear not measuring up in their eyes. When it comes down to it, you don't fear them because they are women, you fear them because you don't know what to do with them. You don't know how to talk to them, how to treat them, and you don't know how they think.

Never worry about how they think or trying to understand them. You can never truely understand a woman, just a she can truely understand you. That's just part of the fun. Anyone who claims that they know the mind of a woman knows nothing at all. The only thing you can handle is how you talk to them and treat them. There is no one way to do that and that makes this whole thing easy, instead of their being no one right answer there are a bunch of right answers. Don't look at it like what are the things that could go wrong, seeing things from that angle never leads to doing it right.

Reading does not make you competent, it just makes you book smart. To be competent at something, you have to actually do it and learn how to be successful. And I do mean learn to be successful because even the most natural among us had to learn something, and learn it the hard way. Everyone goes on and on about doing boot camp, but most just stop, or say they went the full time but failed to get better. Do you think that real recruits in the Army, Navy, Marines start out polished and confident. No they are just a bunch of unmolded, clumsy, and undisciplined civillians. They have to run the obstacle course a bunch of times before they can complete it in a competent manner. And of course they run into obstacles and hit the wall a bunch of times before they scale over it. You have to do the same thing, you have a bunch of obstacles to overcome and you will not do well running that course the first time. But by the end of Boot Camp those civillians are competent soldiers and I promise you that wall they bumped into on the course doesn't look as high as it did the first time they ran into it. By the way, in real boot camp when a soldier fails and does not improve guess what, they make him or her go through boot camp all over again until they get it right. So if they have to do boot camp all over again when they fail, what is your excuse for not doing your boot camp over again?

The only way for you to make this easy is to do it, now turn off your computer and go outside.

A good post.. a lot like all of the other ones telling lazy *******s that reading this **** isn't enough. Whatever, you can't make balls outa a uterus. If a dude doesn't have the guts to start doing the **** then some text on a page won't change his mind. Well, we are all going to try anyways. Personally, I don't give a **** whether you AFC's make it with the women, as long as I'm getting mine.. but since I responded I might as well add to what Grey Fox was saying..

You can read all of the books there are on playing soccer in the world. You can study it for years and years and become an expert at knowing the game. You may even be daring enough to watch others play soccer and learn from that too. But I guarentee after years of studying in books how to play the game, the guy who has been working with it FOR REAL for a week (as in physically trying it out instead of learning from books) will kick your ass. Same works with women.
