A man's game must come from inside. Confidence must come from inside. Inner strength must come from the inside. You must love yourself before can even attempt to love anyone else.

The feminine relies on external stimulus to bolster their inner strength, it is why they spend so much time on their appearance. This is exactly why so many men struggle here. They don't receive the external validation they need, so their game and confidence is a facade covering their weakness. They are actually very weak and exhibit low value behaviors like being combative and overly competitive.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
