It's just another name for push/pull. Send her confusing messages. One minute you're hot for her, the next you're cold. This is supposed to scramble her emotions and get her attached to you. It works. HOwever, like everything here on SoSuave, it needs to be nuanced.

I believe that's just a marketing name for a bunch of re-hashed Mystery Method techniques.
But @Atom Smasher is correct. It's more of an outcome (her emotions are scrambled because she digs you but can't get a handle on how you feel about her) than a specific technique.
