"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Why does it seem like it's so hard to let go the connection i've made with this girl. I've been with her for 6 months and I've tried breaking up with her two times already in the past month. I end up going back. It seems too hard to let go the connection i've made with her family, friends, and her.

Any similiar experiences? What's a legitimate reason to end a LTR besides of course cheating? I'm trying to get rid of her and move on, but she ends up coming back someway or somehow.

She lives 5 min away, it takes nothing for me to see her...

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

This is pretty much the same situation asmy ex. She won't let go, its dragged on far too long.

If you're not happy, or comfortable with the relationship, then its up to you. You don't HAVE to stay. Its hard, its depressing and it might cause some tears at first but at the end of the day, your not married, 6 months is long but not an eternity... if you just don't waant this thats good enough reason to end it before it goes too far and it gets worse...

Seems like ur a little undecided though, u gotta think, is this what you want for the rest of your life.. yes or no? If yes, great, you have it, if no, then unfortunatly u need to let go.

I'm undecided, I can't see her with anybody else right now. It would make me feel uneasy. But then i could see myself with someone else. She told me she can't see me with anybody else right now.

Her parents trust me so much, they are very nice people.

My complaints about the relationship is lack of excitement and sex. Or is that normal for an LTR?

Its allll in your mind man. Trust me, I've "been in love" with a lot of girls, lol

Just change your thoughts. Think on something else, do it often enough, you soon forget about her.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

The lack of excitement/sex means you don't feel passionate about her, that's alright if you told me you'd been with her for 6 years, but 6 months? Sex: Frequency and how you do it is a tell tale sign of how much you like the girl. If it's boring, passionless, almost like a duty...kinda where it gets to the point that jerking off in the shower is a lot better than playing hide the salami with her... then yep you're not that into her (Vice Versa if the girl isn't showing much enthusiasm sexually in you) Sex is very important in a relationship, that should be the *ONLY* reason to get into a relationship with someone. It's not about companionship (You can get a dog for that), it's always about sex (initially.) Love comes much later... like 6-9 months later, but you've been with this girl for 6 months and there is little indication of that love with her according to your posts.

been there done that.

your lack of excitement is normal for an LTR - that's what happens... you will feel that with everyone after a while... i didnt start feeling like that tho until after 2 years.

i was in the same boat u were in. a week ago i just broke up with my girlfriend of two years. sometimes i still feel like i regret it, but its normal. i knew her friends, family, and everything about her. i have a problem with letting things go. this is the hardest thing for me, but trust me... it will only get harder if u dont do it now

after the first year, i started cheating ( cuz she was).. i should have dumped her the first time she hung out with her x. its not worth it. dump her now if its too late. im 19 and i want to date other girls.

here - this will help u.. it helped me... ask yourself this question

do you want to marry this girl? can you see urself with her? if yes, then stick with her and marry her. if no, then why waste ur time with her? move on..

and yes my girlfriend is going to try to make me jealous when she comes back to NY and comes back to my college.. im going to be seeing her with other guys in the club. i dont know how im going to handle this yet,...

She's causing the lack of sex, I want to fvck so much more than we've been but she never thinks like that. Are girls always the gatekeeper when it comes to sex?

It seems that way for me. We never have the best time and place for sex. Parents are always home.

The only time and place that's best is during the middle of the day at my house (parent's are working) and she doesn't think with her vagina at all.

But when it comes to night time and i'm over her house until really late, she's in the mood and is like, "Man i wish we could so bad, but we can't have a repeat of the last time"

We almost got caught the last time when we did it with her dad home.

Her timing is bad. When she wants it, it's not the time and place.

This could just be a cliche, but I've heard 1 week for every 6 months you were dating. But for a true DJ I'd say about 1 day.

And that is why the divorce rate is at an all-time high.

Let's be real, you're going to have to actually be interested in the girl if you expect anything to work out.

Funny you should use that euphemism, since they do have the parts which require going into...
