"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

The Judge: An arbiter designated to decide a competition or contest. A public official authorized to decide cases brought before a court.
-Webster’s Dictionary.

In our contemporary society, we face “judges” everyday. In fact we are quiet often “judges” ourselves. We look upon others and weigh them against some standard. We judge friends on their loyalty, potential hook-ups on looks, and politicians on how much B.S. they try to feed us. We may be aware that we are judges of others, but we are far more sharply aware that we are being judged. These “judges” are in no short supply and neither is their opinion. No matter where you go, there will always be at least a few of these “judges” in the crowd. Go to the mall, the movies, the pool, the beach, where ever and you will find these “judges.” At this point you should be wondering, or have an idea of just who these “judges” might be. Well I’m going to tell you.

These “judges” are mostly women, naturally. The HB10 who knows to much for anyone’s own good that she is an HB10, and looks at men like carnival prizes is judging who she thinks she wants next. The girl who thinks she is an HB10, but she is kidding herself by adding the extra zero and acts like she is some kind of goddess is most certainly a judge. The girl whose friend you are hitting on is most certainly a judge, waiting to hand down the sentence of **** block when her ego is screaming for attention.
Of course the girl you are approaching will certainly be one to hold the gavel waiting to pass judgment on you. Be sure not to forget feminists, these are the supposed “supreme court judges” over men and womanhood.

But there is only one judge whose verdict matters. That judge is you. If you are happy with the person you are, and the image you project. Then none of these supposed “judges” matter. They shouldn’t run your life or influence the way you feel about yourself. They certainly shouldn’t keep you from talking to a woman you have found interest in; and they shouldn’t keep you from pursuing your hobbies because they find hunting, gambling, weight lifting or whatever because they are “disgusting in their eyes.” For some reason when it comes to dating women believe they have the right to judge men against standards set by feminism, the media and the fact they all believe they are princess or goddess to good for mankind.

One of the great obstacles on the path of the hopeful DJ is getting over what we have normally allowed and even welcomed from society. We have submitted ourselves to be judged socially and we have taken these judgments far to personally. When a man takes the judgment of a woman or anyone for that matter far to seriously, it can be a serious shot to one’s confidence. For example an EX you dumped calls you and tells you to go to hell. For some reason a lot of guys are more effected by that than if a stranger told you to do so. I would think it the opposite way around, you found your EX to not be worth your time. Yet you allow her last cheap shots and bitter comments to roll around in your mind for another few weeks and put you off your game. You must learn not to care about what these people think, man or woman. You must learn to be satisfied with yourself. To allow yourself to be judged by women when it comes to dating and what not, puts you at an unequal footing. Allowing her to judge you implies that she is in some way a moral superiority or authority over you. Women are just not attracted to guys that are below them; it just doesn’t work that way. It goes against evolution, social conditions and standards, and is just not cool.

Only when no one can judge you can you become an authority, a power to be reckoned with. This is what women like in men, what they respect about a man. The fact that he is strong, and socially confident enough that others cannot bend him to their will. This should remind you of why everyone here keeps talking about why it is so important to be a challenge. If she finds that you are difficult to manipulate, unlike the rest of men, this signals you are a challenge.

An example:

Two guys go on two different dates with their respective ladies. One is an AFC open to judgment, the other is a DJ knowing he cannot be judged by any woman, only he can judge himself.

Things the AFC will say:
“Hey it’s great to see you, happy to see me?”
“How do I look?”
“Are you having a good time?”
“What do you look for in a guy?”
“Can I come in?”
“How am I doing?” As the door slams shut in his face.

It goes on and on and on. The AFC just lies down before his date and is paralyzed in fear if he is found wanting. If you noticed he also starts to sound like a nervous little girl. Believe me his date was looking for a man, not someone who wants to do their nails. She also finds that she is superior to him since she is the one in control, she is the one making decisions about his worth. How can this AFC ever be the prize we talk about if he can be judged and is the one trying to impress the judge to win her favor. It just doesn’t work.

Things the DJ will say:
“I’m here to pick you up, lets go or we will be late.”
“You look different from the last time I saw you.”
“Yeah I always enjoy coming here, mini-golf/bowling/go karts/movies/ the bar or club always proves to me that its fun to be here.
“I just go out looking to have a good time, if someone sparks my interest in the process then I see what’s up.”
“I’ll walk you to the door.”
“Have a good night.” As he walks away, leaving her wondering if he will call her soon.

The DJ here does not ask for approval, he does not place himself to be judged. In fact if anything he is judging whether or not his date will be a good time for him. He is concerned with himself and satisfying his needs. He sets it up so that he is the prize, hard to obtain and he is above his dates supposed authority to judge him.

The DJ in this example is far more likely to produce favorable results than the AFC. Not just because he is more of a challenge amongst other things. But because he was able to avoid being judged all together. When a person sits in judgment of something two things essentially happen. They become extremely critical of what they are examining. Also when some one judges something they are looking for faults, and in that search they tend to overlook the good qualities. Why do you think many nations have the idea of “innocent until proven guilty” in their legal philosophies. It’s because human nature tends to flip-flop the situation around and say guilty until proven innocent in almost everything including dating. Since the DJ doesn’t allow his date to be put in the seat of being judge, jury and executioner she will be far less critical of him.

Now lets redefine the term judge for all the DJs out there, because old Webster isn’t going to cut it. The Judge: The arbiter who weighs the merit of a person they are with. It will be the man who judges, not the woman.

Now I know you are saying, “Hold on Fox, you said being a judge is a bad thing. That we should avoid judges, what gives?” Well until you enter a serious relationship, you should never shoot for the 50-50 give and take deal. Dating by its nature is an unfair business; women in the dating world are not looking for fair. Some look just for sex, money, status, and adventure and even in the worst cases revenge against men. Obviously not all women are like this but you have to admit that when looking for a diamond you have to cut away a lot of cold hard worthless rock. Part of being a DJ is judging whether or not a date is a potential girlfriend, how else can you protect your heart. Also in the very nature for the idea of being The Prize, requires you to have a persona and mindset that puts you above women. How else can you be a challenge if you are so easily accessible? So easy to manipulate? The answer is you cannot be The Prize, if you are too easily won over. Women play hard to get all the time and look what it does to men. You have probably read some posts in here from AFCs that have run to this site, all messed up in the head by some controlling woman. They sound like they went through a war or something with all the mental trauma that spews out from their posts. Now I’m not saying be jerk and cruel S.O.B. What I am saying is you have to play the game a level above the average guy and girl out there. Nothing wrong with living like you’re the best as long as you have your head on your shoulders.

Another aspect that requires the DJ to play the role of judge is in the appeals process. What this means how he deals with girls who play games and then call back a month later, girls who cheat, who gold dig, and all the rest of those nasty characters. That being:

THERE IS NO APPEAL, ALL JUDGMENTS ARE FINAL. NEXT MEANS NEXT.

Once you have found them to be un-dateable or unhealthy for you, its time to next them. As a student of Don Juan you have to be discerning about the women you will date and take to bed with you. You are a man of class and you don’t want to stop being a class act by settling for the wrong girl who makes you do the wrong things. Ever have one of those buddies who is dating what you think to be the most repulsive woman on Earth in terms of attitude and personality. Do you really want to be that guy? Do not allow the judgment of rude, haughty women and men run your life. You must be above that kind of judgment.
But relax at this final thought. There are some very decent women out there they will be looking for you, as long as you show your true qualities. Go out and meet women, have a good time and along the way you might just be surprised when you find someone special.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Good post and worthwhile reading through it.

I do have one comment. Ofcourse you will take things personally if said to you by your ex rather than by a stranger. If your ex needs to tell you to go to hell, appearantly you have not yet figured out she isn't worth your time. Besides that and even more importantly: Your ex KNOWS you unlike the total stranger. So if your ex tells you you have some screws loose, you are more likely to believe her because she knows you. And ofcourse you take it personally.

That's my only little disagreement though.

The other part is all good. And even with the ex issue: You can have her judge you but the fact is: Not all women go for the same type if guy. You'd start to try and please everyone and get everybody to like you. This would be foolish because YOU CAN'T PLEASE EVERYONE. Be happy with who YOU are cuz that's who you spend most time with.
