“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

So I lift weights at this 1 gym, and for the past month I've been seeing this girl come in at the same time every day that I do. She's very beautiful, and she puts herself together very nicely before she goes to the gym. I've had this thing for her ever since I started seeing her and I asked around about her. Her name is Brenda and apparently she doesnt really socialize with anyone at the gym. My buddy Eddie works the front desk at our gym and he tried hitting on her, and he told us she shot him down.

Now my problem is I dont exactly know how to approach her at the gym. I have thought about going up to her and comment on her work out, but something about that seems as if it can go wrong real quick. I dont know if anyone had run into this before in the past so I was wondering if anyone has got any advice on the matter. If anything my only real plan as of late was to the next time I see her just say hi as I walk past her, and do that a few times just to seem like a nice guy then if she ever were to say hi to me I'd stop and start talking to her. I figure I'd drop this site a line though and see if anyones got a better idea.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Just be normal man, forget all the routines and stuff. Just say, "Hi, how are you, I'm (your name)" Simple. The have a normal conversation, at the end of which you ask her for her number (as long as its not blatantly obvious that shes not into you/married/gay etc.

You just need confidence and self assurance. Thats attractive to women. A 6 pack wouldn't hurt though. :D

IF she starts explaining herself to you or asking questions chances are that you got her qualifying.
wow, i thought that was gonna be dumb when I started reading it, but when I got done, I realized that it was ridiculously smart.

My gym experience from last night.

Nice post DevonE!

Anyway, I'm going to now hi-jack this thread and have a ramble, I have thoughts perculating in my brain that need dumping and this seems like a good thread to do it.

Personally I find the gym the last bastion of approach anxiety. Part of the problem is that when I am there I am in workout head space. I'm there to go ****ing hard! not to meet babes!

At my gym there is this alpha dude, he's like 6'7 or something and huge and he chats to all the hot ladies there. I hate to admit it but this dude is one of the few in the world I am intimidated by.

At this gym he's like the man, he comes and shakes hands with half the guys and winks at all the ladies. I always felt, "this guy is a DJ I could never equal just because he was such a massive confident muther****er.

Anyway, last night I was training and he was there (as he always is) and one of the guys who was training was like "you doing back today?"

And he's like, "I'm not training." And suddenly my fear of this guy disappeared. I felt like laughing. "The gym is just a place I go to train for a bigger life. This place IS YOUR LIFE!"

So I'm laughing to myself about this thinking, "I will now befriend this big gorilla and make this gym my oyster," when I notice one of the babes staring at me.

Over the course of my hour long work out she found reason to walk past me a five or six times on pointless excursions. It was obvious she was trying to get my attention but I think to myself, "if you want me to talk to you then why the **** are wearing your ipod?!"

So yeah, cage22, I got nothing for ya!

Why are you intimidated by other guys?

Just meet the fvcker and act chill around him, and go about your bizz.

I'm on a first name basis with all the regulars in my gym now. If anything, the "alphas" that come in every now and then end up trying to qualify to ME, not the other way around. Here's some tips, all that i can think of, on how to act in the gym:

1) Go there to work out, not to socialize.
2) Hold your head high, act like you own the place.
3) Nod at the guys you see regularly
4) Smile at all the HBs
5) NEVER be afraid to ask for help, spotting, getting the weights up to start, etc
6) Dress simple, don't dress to impress..those guys reek of desperation a mile away.
7) If someone looks like they need a spot, offer it up, don't be shy.
8) Just act like you know what the fvck you're doing, and people will respect you.
9) It takes time to build street cred in the gym. Show up there every day, bust ass, and people will notice your effort/personality, you'll end up meeting people one way or another, etc etc.
10) Be happy. You're not in the gym as punishment, you're there FOR YOU. If you don't enjoy going to the gym, its clearly not what you should be doing. Go there feeling like a million bucks, and it'll reflect not only in the way people percieve you, but also in your lifting. High energy = higher weights.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

I assume that question is for me.

Well maybe intimidate is the wrong word. Maybe "outalpha" might be a better description. The guy I was talking about is just a huge muther****er, friends with everyone in the gym but heaps standoffish towards me (I think it's a bit off two roosters in a yard kinda thing there). I just felt I was in his territory, he was there when I started training and so I was a bit fat when I first encountered him and he was totally buffed.

As for the few other guys, trust me, they'd intimidate you too.
