"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Hello. I'm Coreas, and today I'm not going to teach you a new trick, technique or train of thought. I will keep this short and simple.

It does not matter how many openers, techniques, magic tricks, quality of cologne, or strategies you have in your arsenal of supposed pick up saavyness. IT WILL NOT MATTER unless you learn to suppress one factor. Yes.. ONE, 1, uno.

For years and years I've gone through rejection and failiure after failiure and vice versa with a little bit of luck here and there. And looking back I failed with good reason. I have read enormous amounts of information and occasionally applied my knowledge but none of it was working for me. The problem was, I was never told the importance of killing....my ego.

Yes, yes, you may have heard this before but it has never been pointed out effectively. Ego, is the basic make or break in success in this such game. Ego breeds insecurity, it makes you blind and totally f*cks up the way you go about your business. Just think about it...

How many times did you not approach that girl but gave yourself an excuse on why you didn't?

How many times did you spark interest in that lady but afterwards somehow in the sequence you are back at home slapping yourself and with your d*ck in your hand?

Notice, how every time you fail you create an excuse to try and rationalize on your obvious mistake or fear. This is your ego at work.

When out sarging, chatting up that hottie, etc.. LEAVE YOUR EGO AT HOME PLEASE!

You ego makes you mediocre, it keeps you from being happy and doing the things that you want to truly achieve but can't because your ego doesn't want to be hurt. Your ego is your arch rival, your AMOG, your **** block. Think about it and apply.

Because we all have different personalities, and backgrounds and upbringings I can't tell YOU how to effectively control your mind because when you kill or ignore your ego you are controlling your own mind rather than letting it control you. Think about it and apply accordinly.

But if and when you do learn to control this aspect of your thought processes, you lay the foundations to becoming what YOU want to become and you lay the foundations to attaining what you once could not attain. Think about it and apply accordingly.

;)

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

I'm sorry!

I ignored freud, so many years and I swore that his techniques were advanced in the last 80 years!

Somehting has told me recently though, that fread was a great man, and there are new oncomers who have a different view on his "philosophies"

What does id, ego, and super-ego, mean to you?
