Ok this started as a response to the quote below in another thread, but ended in a small reflection I would like to share with you guys, and that I would like to keep in case I forget about it. And because I want your opinions, bros.
Women are amazing individuals, you can know them for long time and, still, they can still surprise you with something new, with a new point of view. Trust me, I've had a lot of female friends and I've learned from them a lot about empathy and emotion control, and a my closest ones have given me great councels regarding some important decisions in my life.
And to the one who said there are no "women saves people" news, I beg you to reconsider those amazing women called mothers who, day to day and in silence, have carried their children to success, even with all the adversity and ordeals, just because they love their family.
However, what I must agree (and I encourage) is the message that men should stop being (I'm sorry for the bad word) damn pussies. Seriously, I don't get why guys with a lot of potential and goals are willing to kiss the feet of terrible women who just use them as tools for money and attention. Guys who think women will make you happy and fulfill them.
Hear this people: NO PERSON OTHER THAN YOU CAN MAKE YOU HAPPY!!
And this other: YOU CAN'T ASK SOMEONE TO LOVE YOU, IF YOU DON'T LOVE YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE!!
Trust me, the less you get obssessed with causing a great impression or doing the right things, they more natural it will come (ask this to any business man).
I will repeat this indefinitely until people get this, because that is the main problem. That's why love gurus exist, that's why there are a lot of dating sites (and a lot of cash behind). Because there are people, especially men, who get so damn obsessed on getting a girlfriend to fill good with themselves, because they think they need some special techniques or pro conversations, since they think they are uncapable. People like them will exist because they haven't learned to love themselves, so they want someone else to make them happy.
Come on, think about it. What happened before all this stuff of gurus and techniques existed? How do you think you were born? You came to existance because your parents worked hard to fall in love and share their happyness, so you carry the same potential in your very own genes! Why you think you're worthless, that you can't? Why you letting people step over you?
Seriously guys, instead of complaining you don't have what you want, just wake up and start working. If you don't like something, change it. If you fail, then get up and keep trying, or look for a new way. Your goals and dreams come after a hard work, success doesn't come in a week or two, but with a life of investment and productivity.
Be happy with what you have now, you may not have but you want, but I assure you nothing but you can make you happy. Once you know the way and start doing things right, the rest will come by itself? Want a better job? Increase you responsabilities and seek for new opportunies. Want to change a bad thing? Start working on a better and healthier habit to replace it. Want a girlfriend/love? Start being a succesful man, an alpha male!
ate it or not, but I think you're going a bit extreme and being very, very sexist if you really take up those words. I mean, come on, if you tell me your mom, your sister or any close woman you know is seriously a tool of sexual satisfaction then you sure are a stupid and egocentric human.
