My buddy has began working out just about 2 months ago, and he's been getting big real fast, putting on almost 20 lbs. (with beginner/creatine gains obv) Before he joined the gym, he asked me for some tips, so obviously I set him up on a big 3 routine, had him start consuming a ton of protein and he began supplementing creatine. Well just over a month ago he began taking a new supplement on his own, that I unfortunately can't remember the name of.
This is the description he gave me of it, I hope it helps:
"It tricks your body into believing that your body has too much progesterone (sp?), which in turn forces your body to create extra natural testosterone"
I know people are going to tell me that at 5'9 175 I'm not developed enough to experiment with new supplements. Save me your criticism as I'd just like to know if anyone knows the products name (i can find it) but more importantly any health risks or previous experiences.
