So you "made a mistake" and sent her a text you shouldn't have. If you realize that then don't do it again and learn from it. No big deal.

If the chick leaves or makes some huge deal out of some simple "beta" mistake she's the wrong person for you to begin with. Be glad she showed you that.

But being insecure and needing to walk on eggshells and second guess yourself everytime is something you have to recognize as your own problem to work on and no one else. Or else you'll end up driving yourself insane and becoming disgruntled over chicks when the real issue is something you should have really worked on and been able to control: Yourself.
