“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Are these bad for your lower back? I remember when working in places where I had lift boxes getting instructions on how you are to bend at the knees to pick something up so that you don't screw up your back. So where do deadlifts, especially stiff leg deadlifts factor in?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Problems with lifting stuff using your back in everyday life:
- You have no control over how heavy it is. In the gym, you put on the exact weight you can handle.
- In your case, you are probably handling these boxes all day long. Your back cannot take it for so long, your knees can.
- For stiffed legged DL, you have to watch your form even more than on other exercises. You don't do this when lifting boxes in your job. In the gym, SL DL are performed slowly, with caution, and are therefore relativ safe.

I love when I can use my strength from the gym in real life activities.

I had to move sandbags recently and while everyone else was struggling I was squatting down in perfect form and basically deadlifting 3 bags at a time and carrying them 40 yards. Got my cardio in the at the same time :)

I had to move some railway ties(10ft long, 6" x 12", 225lbs it felt like.). My buddies were struggling to carry each one between two people, meanwhile i was lifting each by myself and walking twice as fast. Was actually stiff-legging them. Couldnt get a good grip on them in a squat position.

What are some other ways you guys have been able to show off your built strength?
