The band who sings it is known as E Nomine.

They sound a lot like Rammstein in this song but overall their sound is different as they are a mixture of several different styles. I think they merge opera, techno and industrial sound together whereas Rammstein is just industrial music.

Thanks. I had no idea that it was E Nomine. I have one of their albums, but it had a totally different sound to it.
