Hey I've been dating this girl for about 9 months and during the college year we dont have alot of time to workout or exercise. However, during the winter breaks and summer breaks I usually try to exercise bicycle about 15 miles a day and do the bow-flex. I used to do this for myself but now I think I'll do it for her. I'm not overweight(5 feet 8 inches, 160 pounds). I'd do it just to look more sexually attractive to her and to try to get her to work out a little.
I'd like my girlfriend to lose about 10 pounds. Shes my height but she weighs about 140 and definately could use more muscle definition. I just dont know how to get her to do it.
I have tried hinting and seeing if i could get her to exercise over the summer just like me and she mentioned wanting to lose a few pounds but shes not actually doing it. I don't want to be direct cause thats rude and it would probably hurt her feelings/make her feel insecure. She has complained about how she thinks shes not attractive but my logic to that is, lose 10 pounds but I've already told her that.
How do you tell your girlfriend to lose 10-15 pounds without hurting her feelings or ****ing things up?
