What a disaster. My friend tells me about this girl. 31, two kids. Real sweet. I saw her pictures and wasn't really impressed. But but my friend promised she looked better in real life. Which she did.
So I talk to her on the phone....we have a great conversation, lots of witty banter back and forth. She seemed really agressive and kept trying to put me in a box, describing what sort of person she thought I was. She assumed I was a player. Saying I was too cute to not have a couple of girls. I just took it as a sign of interest.
She invities me over for lunch since she works nights and when I get there her son is there. He's obviously not to happy about it and neither am I. He proceeds to act like a holy terror, destroying the house, knocking over food, and trying to throw things at me and hit me. That got old quick.
She tells me how her kids both have different daddies, both by some ghetto thugs who don't pay child support or visit their kids. That was the last red flag.
We talked on the phone once more after that day, I kept asking her to come out with me for a date but I she refused, she kept wanting me to come be with her and her kids.
Fastforward a few days later I go by my original friends house to help her move some furniture. They both are there with all of their kids...the place is a mad house. Single Mom keeps throwing barbs my way, making snide comments about everything. I ignore her and continue to hangout with our friend and have good time. This made her quieter and snippier. She eventually gets mad and leaves.
A week goes by and she texts me. Over the course of the text convo, she says that her and her children are a package deal. I tell her its not fair to me or her kids to expect us all to try to get to know each other at the same time. I don't even know her...so why would I want to know her kids yet? She didn't get it. I told her she was in too much of a hurry, she came off as bitter and selfish. SHe told me I was scared of commitment and afraid of a real woman who handles her responsibilities. I told her she was gonna be single for a long time until she found a really weak ass man or a goon, but she's driving off decent guys with her stank ass attitude and good luck!
No more single mommies.

BTW I'm no DJ. I don't subscribe to that term. And its no grief for me...just another amusing story to tell.
