Toronto is a city on the move. Exotic cars & motorcycles race Yonge street. 9 to 5ers rushing to catch that train home. So how do we stand out with everything moving all around us? Slowing down not only your movements but rate of speech will set you apart. There are numerous studies showing that men with deeper voices and controlled speech attract more ladies. Any change you want to make in your life begins with awareness. During conversation take note of rate of speech. Take the time to go over video or audio recording of yourself talking. Practice having a conversation in the mirror speaking slow and deep. Consistency is a very important aspect to change any behavior. Improving fundamentals to your communication is the base while techniques are a plus.
