Do you guys recommend Slimfast for like in the morning?
 

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Slimfast is not what you want.

Try a good whey protein powder and a piece of fruit, or a good Meal Replacement Shake like Myoplex.

Leave the Slimfast to the dieting soccer moms and old people.

Behind water and milk, sugar is the third and fourth ingredient of Slimfast.

Slimfast is not much more than sugar water. It will be difficult to lose weight/stay trim drinking Slimfast with any sort of regularity.

The nutritional makeup of quality meal replacement shakes is quite a bit different (and better) than Slimfast.

Myoplex has a lot of high quality protein in each serving, and it is low in sugar and fat.

As is usually the case, with meal replacement shakes, you get what you pay for.
