“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Ive been doing alot of machine flys lately , and the other day when i did them my left shoulder had a little pain in it , and i can feel a little popping in and out when i move it , i feel like i should cool it on this exercise a bit , witch is disappointing because it was really working my pecs

could i have been using the wrong form ?

well i also got a sharp pain in my shoulder just under my armpit, while doing bench press last week...isoi stopped chest exercises for 4 days, then i started doing light bench press with 8-10 reps (30% 1 RM) ...i also took ibuprofen and massaged the place a little.
now i'm better.

as to your question i think it's due to poor form or maybe over training, for me it was both.i learned my lesson :D

It's kind of hard to use bad form with machines, as they are for isolation, and pretty much lock whatever part you're training into the form of the machine.

This brings me to my next point, excessive machine use CAN (notice I say can, not will) fvck up your joints, because they don't allow for a 100% natural range of motion, thus putting the stress on joints.

I'd suggest instead of machine flies, you could do them with dumbbells.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

yeah, I have a bad shoulder as well. I can't do bench press anymore, or even dumbells for some exercises. I do 90% of my chest with cables. It's all about the position of your wrists, how they are turned. In fact, I actually believe I get a better workout with cables then I did withe dumbells or a barbell. When I do do inclines with dumbells I do close grip with the dumbelss turned and pressed against each other.

Also, try dropping down a few weights and doing the exercise slower focusing on the muscle group. This will help reduce the likely hood of an injury.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

I had a tear in my rotator cuff from doing dumbbell flyes in 2010 after college. It had induced a fluid build up in my bursa sac and immense pain in my left shoulder for several months. Physical therapy was a must at that point, and those bullsh!t exercises stopped. They originally thought I tore my labrum but found it wasn't the case. I joined a hardcore PL gym afterward and changed the way I lifted forever.

Shoulders aren't anything to play with...

I felt a sharp pain when I was bench pressing in my right shoulder. It really could be any number of things. In my case, because of all of the weight lifting I've done over the years, my clavicle bone became more dense, and started interrupting my range of motion. I say all that to say this, if you are feeling consistent pain when you exercise go see a doctor. Find out what you are dealing with and then address it accordingly. Good luck and definitely stay healthy.
