"I'm Not Looking for Anything Serious Right Now"

Hmm this hasent happened to me in a month or so but it crossed my mind again and am wordering if it ever happend to anyone else?

i would be sleeping and out of nowhere I would sit up really fast and than I would have a very very nasty dizziness where everything is spinning out of control even if I close my eyes
i than put my head back down and I assume i faint or something and wake up again normally

SOmetimes it happens 3 or 4 times in a row (waking up being dizzy, fainting, waking up being dizzy again, etc) and it gets me curious sometimes

Anyone help me out here?
