We all know that no one reads your curriculum entirely unless you catch their attention in those 10-15 seconds they give you as first screening.

I was wondering what kind of abilities or skills would get a supervisor interested enough to read the whole document or call you for a test.

Right now everyone has a drive licence or a bachelor degree, everyone writes "creative" , "leadership", or "dynamic" so those words no longer have any effect except make you look average.

Any skills that can benefit the other person in some way, shape, or form, right?

War stories - list so notable achievements. And be ready to back them up with detailed war stories at interview. You should be prepping hard 2-3 days for an interview if you're between gigs. When u tell yr stories they're looking for how u think. E.g. if he's mentioning lots of people who helped get the result - he's a team player.
