You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.
Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.
She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.
Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
can't type this all out right here but pm me your email and i'll send you some info that'll help a lot.onyx said:ok thanks
can you give me an example of a low carb diet. What exactly shouldn't I eat?
all of that is fine, but you're now working on a different diet. effort meant a whey shake with raw eggs in it. there's a reason he labeled this 'simple starting diet' -- it's really straight forward.Cr1msonKing said:Are we allowed to cook the eggs? I put Olive oil in a pan, put some onions in the pan, stir till lightly light brown, then put the eggs in there, and stir, till golden brown.
I also put salt and milk in my eggs when I'm scrambling them is that healthy? I also put pepper and tapatio hot sauce on the eggs. Is anyone of this acceptable?
any way you want. easiest way is to brown some ground beef in a fry pan with a bit of olive oil (the higher the fat content, the less oil you need), add whatever flavors you like, heat up some veggies separately and combine for a beef + veggies meal. Also for the beef, how should it be cooked?
they can be great for fat loss IF you are getting ones that aren't loaded down with fat & sugar. If I'm trying to lose weight(fat), should I drink a protein shake?
no cooked eggs ?Effort said:Meal 1 - Shake +Raw Eggs
Meal 2- Beef/veggies
Meal 3- Shake + Raw Eggs
Meal 4- Beef/Veggies
Meal 5- Shake+ Raw Eggs
Meal 6- Chicken Or Tuna/ Fish Oil
You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.
She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.
Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.
Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

Here's my calculation:Here's the Harris Benedict Formula for Men:
BMR = 66 + (13.7 X weight in kilos) + (5 X height in cm) - (6.8 X age in years)
Then you need to factor in your activity level.
If you are Sedentary (little or no exercise)
Calorie-Calculation = BMR X 1.2
If you are Lightly Active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/week)
Calorie-Calculation = BMR X 1.375
If you are Moderately Active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/week)
Calorie-Calculation = BMR X 1.55
If you are Very Active = BMR X 1.725 (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days/week)
Calorie-Calculation = BMR X 1.725
If you are Extra Active (very hard daily exercise/sports & physical job or 2X day training)
Calorie-Calculation = BMR X 1.9
Here's an example:
You are 25 years old
You are 6 feet tall
Your weight is 220 pounds
Your BMR is 66 + (1370) + (914) - (170) = 2,180 calories
Attraction runs on a clock.
She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.
The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."
One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.
Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
