She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.
Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.
The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.
And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.
Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.
The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.
Please stop posting, you're giving pro-college people a bad name.Originally posted by RepphIz

Food for thoughts; who is more successful? A homeless who reached the $1,000,000 goal or the Ivy League who reached the $1,000,000?Dutch Chessmaster Hein Donner says...
I love all positions. Give me a difficult positional game, I will play it. Give me a bad position, I will defend it. Openings, endgames, complicated positions, dull draws, I love them and I will do my very best. But totally won positions, I cannot stand them.
As for you RepphIz, I think you're serious about your work, going as far as to PM me.Pook says...
ANYONE can memorize 'techniques', but FEW can change the way HOW they think.
Attraction runs on a clock.
She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.
The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."
One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.
Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

ok good you want to help
but youre telling them the wrong things they need to know
you are going to make them bankrupt and die because you told them to start a business and invest with nothing
someone said "your bank dont look at your grades, they look at your financial statement"
WRONG, your bank look foremost to your grades first then financial statement and all last
think about it, if you were a banker, would you rather trust your money to a high school dropout? or a college graduate?
exactly end of story
A homeless who reached the $1,000,000 goal or the Ivy League who reached the $1,000,000?
the ivy league cause he was becoming more successful each choice he made
In respect to Giovanni Casanova's politics policy, I will not write about politics
HAHAHA scared! SCARED chicken
and you want to take risk in your stupid business good luck
As for you RepphIz, I think you're serious about your work, going as far as to PM me.

Let's make a deal RepphIz, you just need to post properly so people can understand and quote me. Try speaking from experience, perhaps I can learn something from you.

Banks don't have access to any kind of grades, high school or college.
You are grossly misinformed.Originally posted by RepphIz

Now, what I'd like to know is not buying a house to make money, but inheriting a house to make money! I know it's not instant cash, but I'm willing to work and be patient for the end result. Another thing in my favor is I can fix damn near anything which will lessen any costs for repairman should something go wrong or need to be re-done.
Your college grades are confidential by federal law. The only way the bank would see them is if you gave them a transcript, and they'd probably just throw it in the trash.Originally posted by RepphIz

and your tellin me i can lie to my bank? "i graduated with 2 phd from harvard/mit/ivy leagues"
Banks do not care, i know from experience, they dont give a flying crap. They look at your ability to repay a loan.Originally posted by RepphIz

I completely agree. There's no way in hell I would touch the big jobs such as re-doing the stairs in my parents house stucco, cement, shingles etc. But as for changing light fixtures, fixing outlets, patching holes in drywall, that stuff isn't a big deal and is a waste of money hiring someone to do it. It's like changing the oil, coolant and spark plugs on my car, why pay the money when I can do it just as fast for much less money? Now, you should know how to do it if there's a few small jobs that are not worth hiring people for, but if you're going to fix the whole house yourself then you will be wasting your biggest asset, which is time.
Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
you seem to have the right idea. Like i said, do small jobs yourself.Originally posted by Desdinova
