Well hopefully I spelled shaky right. Well anyways I have had this problem that when im in public and im sitting down I have to shake my leg. im not sure why this is. now I want to know if anyone heres knows how to get rid of this problem its pissing me off. Also if a chick sees you doing this does this show insecurity or what? please give me some advice.

I have the same thing - but in my case its more hereditary then anything. But I know what you mean, sometimes its really hard to control and you aren't even aware you're doing it.
Next time I go to the doctor, I'll have to see what he thinks about it. Not that this helps much.. lol
