Ive spent some days with a girl lately after years of celibacy, shes pretty fun to socialise with. She actually cold approached me in real life. Every time were out around other women she remarks about how theyre checking me out, i could have any girl, im so gorgeous, she cant be with me because all these other women will want me... This has made me feel confused because online dating has made me feel as attractive as a barrel of rotten fish.

I know this just sounds like im blowing my own ****, but ive been relying on OLD forever so thats what my perception is. Are you guys experiencing this massive disconnect between real life and OLD?
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
