As i'm just starting out, i've been reading up on all things health and fitness. I was browsing and found some vids on utube with a guy named Scooby1961. His website is simple and he seems to cut through some crap.

I was wondering whether you guys have seen him on utube or his website, and what do you think of what he says? Good? Bad?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

I think he's really good. But, I also think that he's really juiced. I belonged to a steroid-user forum in years past, and there was a username on that forum bearing the same exact name (Scooby1961).

Don't expect to look like him if you're not doing steroids.
Highly doubt he's juiced if anything it's real minute. I have buddies who are natural and in their early twenties who dwarf him in size and strength. Guy is pretty old it seems, if he has trained for many many years, that is attainable naturally. Hell look at Layne Norton, he's getting a lot of hate, but as far as I know he competes in tested shows and I believe he's natural. He's a big guy but doesn't have that striated rock hard "mutant" look you see in most gear users like IFBB pros.

As for scooby meh he's ok, has some good tips. Some of the form in his vids (one for rows as an example) doesn't really cater to those who want to lift some big poundage and get bigger.
