To be honest this is akin to putting a band-aid on a cancerous tumour.
Nothing will change until they address the only 2 solutions:
1. A reversal on the current glorification of hordom and single motherhood. (Which means putting the leash back on hypergamy)
2. Ending All welfare and gubmint incentives for single mothers, thus making 80-90% of men viable again.
This would require massive re-engineering of society, a total 180 from what we have now. A snowballs chance in hell in other words.

Read between the lines, watch for the keywords, observe the frame of reference (or perspective) they're viewing this crisis of masculinity from. Rollo would use the phrase Feminine Imperative.
This is more than just bandaid on a cancerous tumour. This is taking jabs at the arse and cutting into the legs to fix breast cancer.
They are realising that men aren't being effective well-behaved pack mules like they were before. All they're seeing is that men are problematic, and they need to be fixed. They're not seeing that men no longer have any incentive to be pack mules, as the social contract between the sexes has been unilaterally torn up.
Professor Geoff Dench at the end of the article seems to get it, but he's understandably not game enough to just say it. Women are the problem here. They need to fix the women to provide incentives for the men to behave like civilized men and be constructive to society.
