Hey all,

I was watchin' T.V. a while back and came across this informercial about a product called the Sauna Belt. After watching it for a few, I figured it was complete bull****, but something they said intruiged me. They mentioned that sweating burns fat, as it releases toxins. They were saying its equal to a sauna but not as uncomfortable etc. I was wondering if thats true, that when you sweat you loose weight?


On a completely different topic.... I normally work out during the week and the thought crossed my mind of when I should be eating. Should I be eating before a workout or after?

eat before AND after a workout, Sauna only helps you lose water weight, but yes it is healthy to go to a saune after your workouts.

I was wondering if thats true, that when you sweat you loose weight?
I was born and raised in Cyprus. In summertime all you had to do was sit on the veranda and you'd sweat bucketloads.

Never lost any fat because of it.
