I think you guys should support this site and the Matt Dubay with letters, e-mails and phonecalls. This man is fighting for you and your rights, protecting YOUR future from manipulative women.

I feel rather strongly about this because a close friend of mine pays $650 a month child support for a child produced on a one-night-stand. He has never so much as seen a photo of this child. (Although he did have DNA tests done to prove it's really his.)

This is REALLY interesting. Off the top of my head I would think you could use every philisophical ethical argument to argue for his right to choose as you could fr a woman's.

I don't like the laws, either, but this case has already been dismissed. They can appeal, but they will just lose the appeal.

On March 9, 2006, the National Center for Men challenged the child support order in District Court. Michigan's Attorney General made a motion to have the case dismissed, and on July 17, 2006, District Court Judge David M. Lawson agreed and dismissed Dubay's lawsuit. The National Center for Men is considering appealing.
