Reverse a neediness mistake

Oh so I broke up with my girlfriend then realized I had made a huge mistake and I love her.
So of course I became needy and text bombed the crap out of her begging and pleading which pushed her farther away.
At this point she will answer my text if I beg of course...
I know I need to do a no contact for a period of time but I need to leave a last text
letting her know I am NOT needy and moving on...
How long do I do a NC and does anyone have a good text that leaves them wanting you?
any suggestions are appreciated...

It's over, bro. You can't do NC for a woman who isn't the least bit interested in you. If you text her after NC, she'll only see you as even more desperate. It's done. Stick a fork in it.

You're too desperate to get her back and are looking for quick fixes. There is no quick fix. There is no message you can text her to get her back. There is no one thing you can do now or any time soon to get her back. Do you understand? Stop tying to do something to get her back, there literally is nothing for you to do. Your best bet is to go no contact and move on. If she ever contacts you again, and you're still interested, then go from there (but slowly).

Nothing pissed me off more with previous gfs then when I acted pathetic and KNEW I just gave a mile and only had inches myself to work with.

I have flipped it back around, but the effort and mental gymnastics is NOT worth it and usually if you get things back on track there are two many cracks that will only burden you.
