Respect yourself

I just wanted to share this simple concept with all of you as knowledge is power. After 45 years alive I have realised the most masculine alpha make trait is to respect yourself. If a woman plays games pull her up on it and if she does not shape up then walk away. Simple. If anyone disrespects you man or woman talk to them respectfully to understand and if they dont comply walk.
I see that most women will use nearly every trick in the book to get you to surrender your manhood for them my advice is dont. They are not worth it. You my brothers are worth it.

It's funny looking back now that I'm 31. I see a real difference in the way I look at things and either challenge them or walk away. Best advice to the younger members is to just push through the bull**** because the lessons learned will be worth it. 30 is when we start to get wise I believe. But still young enough to **** it up!! Haha
