Research confirms what we all ready knew

We can't really continue to blame baby boomers anymore when we are more tolerant of homosexuals, communist, miltarists , and the anti-religious. We are mostly accepting immigration, multiculturalism and dieversity without opposing it today.

Smaller increases appeared in tolerance for a person who claims that Blacks are genetically inferior (commonly labeled a racist).”

The study, to be published this month in the journal Social Forces, found that American adults surveyed this decade were far more tolerant of minority groups or voices than adults surveyed in the 1970s.

Having lived through the 70s AND the present, I could have told you that.

I've realized the same trend from the 80's to 90's and 90's to 00's.

I still believe the behavior of some baby boomers in the 60's with all the protests and activism support and being the first to accept the huge changes deserves a lot of condemnation. And many baby boomers had it good and intentionally screw things up for others. Still we today do most of the same things.

But the main point of the study was Americans are more tolerant of almost every controversial beliefs except for people who think there are racial differences.
